Bread slices - 3 slices (I have used white bread you can use brown also) Boiled potatoes - 3 medium sized Onion 1 -finely chopped All Purpose flour (4 tbsp) Cornflour (3 tbsp) Mozzarella cheese Cut in small cubes. Cornflakes - 1 cup (crush it in mixer jar) Salt as per taste Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder - 1 tsp Oil for deep frying
Take a bowl add potatoes and mash it properly. Add onions and mix it also Now take the bread slices and cut its sides and mix it in the mixture too. Now add salt,chilli powder and dry mango powder and mix it well.Make a dough from it.
Now take another small bowl add All purpose flour and cornflour and add 2 tbsp water and make a liquid form.(add more water if needed)
1.Take mozzarella and cut it in small cubes.
2.Now take the mixture and spread it on your palm and place a cube of cheese in the center.(In the mean time take a wok and heat oil )
3.Now cover the cheese with the mixture by making a round ball from it and dip it in the concoction of apf and cornflour.
4.Now dip this ball in cornflakes powder and coat it well,Repeat the process with the leftover mixture.
5.Deep fry these balls in hot oil,till they turn golden in colour. Take them on an absorbent paper and enjoy it with your dip.
