Chicken keema or minced chicken 300 grams/ 3/ 4 cup soaked l9ng grain rice( soak it only for 10 minutes)/ 1 teaspoon white pepper powder/ 1 teaspoon garlic paste/ 1 teaspoon ginger paste/1 teaspoon chopped green chilli/ 1table spoon chopped coriander leaves/1 teaspoon refine oil/ salt to taste/ one chopped yellow carrot or a few drops of yellow colour fr decoration.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients with chicken keema./keep it for 2o minutes for marination/after 20 minutes make round round balls from the marinated chicken Keema./ Now drain the soaked rice and spread it on s plate./Roll the chicken ball on ricel so that it is well coated with soaked rice/ Grease your steamer plate with a little oil/place the rice coated chicken Balls in it/Close the lid of the steamer/Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes/Decorate your ball s with chopped 🥕 or yellow fruit colour to look like a flower/ Now your chicken flowers dumplings is to serve as a unique beautiful looking starters
