For dough mix oil,salt in maida and knead a soft dough
Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add all masala and fry for a minute
Than add potato,green peas and boiled corn and cook it
Take lemon size ball from a dough and roll it in circle
Heat tava and roast this roti slightly
Cut it in four parts and apply slurry on two sides and fold it in cine shape
Make all cones like this
Stuff the potato filling in it
Dip it in slurry from potato side and deep fry it
For serving apply sauce on it and sprinkle bhujia on it
