Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup refined flour


  • 1 tablespoon sooji or Rava


  • 1 tablespoon rice flour


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seed


  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt


  • 2 boiled potato medium-sized


  • 100 grams cottage cheese


  • 1 teaspoon jeera


  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2teaspoon turmeric


  • 2 finely chopped green chillies


  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • In a Big Bowl take refine floor suni or rice flour carom seed salt and 2 tbsp of oil
  • Mix all ingredients properly
  • Now add tomato Puree
  • Knead the dough with tomato puree
  • Keep a side
  • In a Kadai add 2 tablespoon of oil
  • Switch on the flame
  • Crackle Jeera in the oil
  • Add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste
  • Stir it for 1 minute
  • Now add boiled chopped potatoes
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Add green chilli and grated cottage cheese
  • Mix all ingredients properly and switch off the flame
  • let it cool the mixture
  • now take a small piece of dough and roll it
  • Make a medium size chapati
  • Cut from the middle of chapati
  • Now take one part of this chapati and fill the potato mixture
  • Fold it and Seal it in Samosa shape
  • Make all the samosa with this procedure
  • And the tomato Samosa are ready
  • Sir hot with tomato sauce
