Oil 4 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Boil 4 eggs with water in a pan.
Then remove them from water and let be cool and peel them.
Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add boiled eggs and fry them. Then remove them from oil.
Now add 1 /2 teaspoon cumin seeds and let be splutter.
Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped tomato and saute them.
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and 2 tablespoon tomato sauce.
Now add 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Saute till oil generates.
Now add some water and salt as per taste.
Add fried eggs.
Serve tomato egg.
