Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 4 potatoes boiled and peeled

  • 2 onion chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander

  • 1 TSP chopped green chilly

  • 1 .5 TSP salt

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 3 TSP gram flour

  • 1 TSP carrom seed

  • 1 pinch cumin powder

  • 5 TSP oil

  • 1 TSP red chilly powder

Directions

    Take potato Mash 🥔.

  • 02

    Add onion, coriander and all other ingredients

  • 03

    Mix it well and add some water to knead it to soft dough

  • 04

    Apply oil and keep it for 10 minutes.

  • 05

    Divide it into small balls and roll small parathas

  • 06

    Heat non stick pan and apply oil on both sides.

  • 07

    When it turns golden serve it with acchar.
