Ingredients

  • Chicken 400 grams

  • Onion 2

  • Capsicum 2

  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • Hung curd 1 cup

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1

  • Chilly powder 1tsp

Directions

    Wash the chicken and dry it add all the masalas and curd and mix it nicely.

    Make a paste of coriander leaves and mint leaves.

    Put the paste in the chicken and nicely mix.

  • 04

    Cut onions and capsicum in cubes. And also mix it nicely in the masalas.

    Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  • 06

    Take screwers and put 1 onion cube then 1 capsicum cube then chicken then again onion and capsicum. Repeat the process.

  • 07

    Heat a pan brush some oil and roast till its cooked nicely.
