Black lentils - 1/2 cup
1 cup Rawa
3 nos Capsicum (cut into round shape)
3 nos tomato (cut into round shape)
5 florets of Broccoli blanched
1/4 cup Beans (chopped)
1/2 cup Carrot (Chopped) blanched
1 cup Onion (chopped)
3 nos green chilli chopped
8 nos Curry leaves
2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp peri peri masala
1 no. Chopped tomato
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Salt to taste
10 nos cherry tomato
Soak the black lentils (urad daal) for 1 hour, then grind it.
Mix the Rawa and salt to taste, like Idli batter. Keep it aside for half an hour.
In a bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables, add salt to taste, piri piri masala, mixed herbs, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Keep it aside.
Heat a greased tawa, place the cut capsicum and tomato pieces then pour 2 tbsp batter then add the little vegetables, cover it for 7 mins then turn it to the other side and then cook it , add little oil , again cook till crisp and golden brown.
The indian pizza is ready
To serve with cherry tomato fry.
