  • onion -250 gram hari mirch - 4


  • jeera - 1tbsp


  • red chilli powder - 1 tbsp


  • dhaniya powder - 1 tbsp


  • haldi powder - 1/2 tbsp


  • salt - 1tbsp


  • oil -2 tablespoon


  • hara dhaniya - 7-8 leaves


  • garam masala - 1 tbsp

Directions

  • onion ko lambai mein kaat kar rakh le .
  • tomato ke bhi lambe pieces kar le .
  • kadhai mein oil daalkar garam karen , aur fir jeera aur hari mirch daal kar pyaz bhoon le.
  • ab usmein haldi ,dhaniya powder aur laal mirch daal de, masala bhun jaane par ab tamatar daalkar high flame par pakaen
  • tamatar pak jaane par ab namak aur garam masala daal kar ek min aur bhoon le
  • ab serving bowl mein nikalkar upar se hara dhaniya daal de.
