Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels

  • 3 tbsp gram flour

  • 2 tsp chopped green chili

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum

  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry

  • 2 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

    Crush corn in mixture

  • 02

    Do not crush over crush halfly

  • 03

    Add green chili, onion and capsicum

  • 04

    Add salt , chili flakes and mix well Add chat masala.

    Add gram flour and mix

  • 06

    Make a vada and fry in hot oil till golden brown

  • 07

    Serve with green chutney
