Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 5


  • Garlic cloves 5


  • Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Oregano 1 teaspoon


  • Salt according to taste


  • Jalapenos 4


  • Water 1/2 cup


  • Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Add tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, salt, and water into a blender. Blend it smoothly.
  •  Heat olive oil in a sauce pan on medium high. Add puree into this pan. Simmer and cook, until the mixture completely changes color from light red to deeper red . Add oregano and onion powder too . Remove from heat.
  • Let it cool completely and store in sterilised mason jar. It will remain best for 8 days in refrigerator.
  • Serve this salsa with nachos, chips, snacks or any fritters.
  • Enjoy endlessly.
