Tomatoes 5 medium chopped

Salt and black pepper according to taste water 5 cups
In a pressure cooker, add water and all rest ingredients except spices and boil till 2 whistles.
Now switch off the flame and let pressure release itself.
Now open the lid and let mixture cool down completely.
Now blend it into a smooth puree.
Strain tomato mixture and now again boil strained soup in a pan with adding salt and pepper.
Soup is ready to serve. This soup is very good source of energy and fibre.
