Preheat the oven at 200c
Take a bowl and tomato puree, oil, besan, baking soda, finely chopped green onions
Then add salt, water, mix all togather and make a cake like batter
Grease the muffins mold, and pour this mixture
Dont fill it completely
Add diced tomatoes on top of it
Bake it at 200 c for 15-20
Cool it and have with chatni
