Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp mix herb

  • 4 basil leaves

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flax

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp fresh cream

  • 1 tsp butter Salt

  • 1 tsp cornflour

    Blanch the tomatoes in sufficient water

  • 02

    After blanch peel the tomatoes

  • 03

    Grind them in grinder and make a paste

  • 04

    Strain this tomatoes paste in strainer

    Take a pen heat butter in it, add finely chopped garlic saute them it for a min

  • 06

    Then add tomatoes paste and water make it soup like consistancy, then add mix herb, besil leaves, red chillies flex, and salt

  • 07

    Take a boil, take 1 tsp cornflour and 2 tsp water mix it well

  • 08

    Add this cornflour mix into boiling soup, mix well, cook it till, soup become little thick, add fresh cream

  • 09

    Switch off the flame and serve hot
