Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 tomatoes


  • 4 garlic cloves


  • 1/2 tsp mix herb


  • 4 basil leaves


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flax


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp fresh cream


  • 1 tsp butter Salt


  • 1 tsp cornflour

Directions

  • Blanch the tomatoes in sufficient water
  • After blanch peel the tomatoes
  • Grind them in grinder and make a paste
  • Strain this tomatoes paste in strainer
  • Take a pen heat butter in it, add finely chopped garlic saute them it for a min
  • Then add tomatoes paste and water make it soup like consistancy, then add mix herb, besil leaves, red chillies flex, and salt
  • Take a boil, take 1 tsp cornflour and 2 tsp water mix it well
  • Add this cornflour mix into boiling soup, mix well, cook it till, soup become little thick, add fresh cream
  • Switch off the flame and serve hot
