cut potatoes, tomatoes and onion
heat two spoon oil in cooker. add mustard, jeera , turmeric, green chillies, onion and salt
add potatoes
add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, dhania jeera powder, chilly powder
add half cup water and cook till two whistles. when pressure is gone release lid add mint leaves and boil till required consistancy is got
serve wit rice, pulav roti puri etc
