Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 medium potatoes peeled and diced


  • 4 medium sized tomatoes diced


  • 1 cup chopped onion


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/2 spoon each of mustard, jeera


  • 3 slit green chillies


  • 1/2 spoon chilly powder


  • 1/2 spoon jeera dhania powder


  • 1/4 spoon garam masala


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste


  • 15 mint leaves

Directions

  • cut potatoes, tomatoes and onion
  • heat two spoon oil in cooker. add mustard, jeera , turmeric, green chillies, onion and salt
  • add potatoes
  • add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, dhania jeera powder, chilly powder
  • add half cup water and cook till two whistles. when pressure is gone release lid add mint leaves and boil till required consistancy is got
  • serve wit rice, pulav roti puri etc
