First heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida , carrom seeds and let it splutter.
Now add chopped radish and its leaves and keep sauting on low flame till it becomes soft. Colour will also change of vegetables.
Now add all spices with tomatoes and saute for more 5 minutes on high flame.This will give nice flavour to our vegetable.
Now switch of the flame and serve tomato-radish medley with any curry as a side dish or enjoy it with paranthas.
