Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups tomato puree

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 1/2 cup American corn

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 chopped Capsicum

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 green chillies finely chopped

Directions

    Soak the rice for half an hour

  • 02

    In a pan add some oil and tomato puree and water as needed

  • 03

    Let it boil

    add Cinnamon stick tej patta and clove

  • 05

    Add 1 tablespoon of Ghee so that rice will not stick with each other

    When water absorbs from rice swich low the flame

  • 07

    Cover it with lid after 5 minutes switch off the flame and rice is ready

    Now in a Kadai add 2 tablespoon of oil

    Add finely chopped onion green chillies

  • 10

    Saute it for 2 minutes

    Now add finely chopped capsicum and corn

  • 12

    Add ginger garlic paste and Garam Masala

  • 13

    Saute it for two minutes

  • 14

    Now add boiled tomato rice

  • 15

    Mix properly and Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

    And tomato rice is ready
