Chopped red, yellow, green bellpeppers 1 tablespoon each
Frech beans chopped 1 tablespoon
biryani masala 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt and chilly according to taste
Directions
First heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds and add onions . keep sauting till it becomes transparent.
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till aroma comes. Now add tomato puree and saute till it releases oil. Add all spices with salt and saute for few seconds more. Now add corns and all vegetables and saute on high flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add boiled rice in pan now . Gently toss , so that rice can also blend well in flavours.
Now add paneer cubes and lid the pan and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Now after 5-7 minutes, switch off the flame and let it cover for another 2 minutes.
Serve tomato pulao hot with curd, chutney or any curry.
