Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup sooji Rava


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 2 medium sized boiled potatoes


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion


  • 2 green chillies finely chopped


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Directions

  • In a frying pan roast the Suji Rava with one tablespoon oil
  • When it turn a pinkish colour add tomato puree
  • Add green chilli Garam Masala ginger garlic paste and salt
  • Stir it on low flame
  • When it turn a hard dough or ball type consistency switch off the flame
  • when it comes in room temperature add bread crumbs mashed potato onion coriander leaves and mix properly
  • Now take small size of ball and roll it with hands on plane surface
  • Now heat the oil
  • Now deep fry all the the Rolled sticks
  • fry it till when it comes in golden colour
  • fry all the sticks and serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce
  • And the tomato finger sticks are ready
