In a frying pan roast the Suji Rava with one tablespoon oil
When it turn a pinkish colour add tomato puree
Add green chilli Garam Masala ginger garlic paste and salt
Stir it on low flame
When it turn a hard dough or ball type consistency switch off the flame
when it comes in room temperature add bread crumbs mashed potato onion coriander leaves and mix properly
Now take small size of ball and roll it with hands on plane surface
Now heat the oil
Now deep fry all the the Rolled sticks
fry it till when it comes in golden colour
fry all the sticks and serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce
And the tomato finger sticks are ready
