  • Cashew nuts whole-500 gm

  • Ghee-2 tbsp

  • Salt-1/2 tsp

  • Black salt-1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp

  • Chaat masala-1 tsp

  • Cumin powder-2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder-1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Heat ghee in a pan.add cashew nuts and roast on low flame until brown in colour.

    Add all spices and mix well.

  • 03

    Cool it in room temperature and store in air tight container.
