Paneer Butter Masala In Tomato Gravy

  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 2tblspn khoya

  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews

  • 1packet suhana paneer butter masala

  • 2tsp oil

  • 1tsp poppy seeds soaked in milk

  • 1/4 cup fresh cream


  • Grind poppy seeds and cashews into a fine paste.
  • Add oil in a kadhai
  • Put tomato puree and saute for 2mins.
  • Add Cashew paste and khoya. Mix well till it leaves the sides
  • Mix suhana paneer butter masala complete sachet with 1/2 cup of milk and add this paste to tomato gravy.
  • Cook for further 2more mins.
  • Add paneer cubes, 1/2 cup of water and give a nice boil.
  • Add fresh cream and mix well.
  • Serve hot with chapati, naan or paratha.
