Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Chikcken Drumsticks 10


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon


  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon


  • Green chilly paste 1 teaspoon


  • Black Pepper powder 1 teaspoon


  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon


  • Lime juice 2 teaspoon


  • Hung curd 3/4 cup


  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon


  • Onion 3 thinly sliced


  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Whole spices: Bay leaves 2


  • Cinnamon stick 1 inch


  • Green cardamom 3


  • Black Cardamom 1


  • Cloves 4


  • Other ingredients: Fresh Cream 4 tablespoon


  • Oil 3 tablespoon


  • Butter 1 tablespoon


  • Paste Ingredients: Paste of Cashewnuts 1/2 cup


  • Coriander leave 1/2 cup


  • Ginger 1/2 inch


  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon


  • Oil 1 tablespoon


  • Kasuri methi 1 -2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Wash the drumsticks and rub lime, turmeric and salt on it.
  • Prepare the marinade with hung curd and paste ingredients. and marinate the chicken with it.
  • Refrigerate the marinated chicken for minimum 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile prepare the gravy.
  • Heat oil and butter in a pan and add the whole spices to it.
  • Once you get the aroma from these add onion paste to it and cook.
  • Once it gets cooked add marinated chicken to it not the marinade. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the chicken marinade and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to it.
  • Add fresh cream to it and cook for another 2 minutes. Add water of required consistency add add garam masala to it and garnish with crushed kasuri Methi..
