Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowl boiled chole chana


  • 2 boiled mashed potato


  • 5 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • Soaked chana overnight
  • After 12 hours washed chole chana add 1-2 glass water add salt and boiled chana in pressure cooker
  • After 5 whistle turn off the flame let it cool down completely
  • Take boiled chana in a bowl strain water completely
  • Add 2 mashed potato
  • Add corn flour
  • Turmeric powder,jeera powder,salt,red chilli powder
  • Make a dough
  • Take same mixtur and make tikki with Cookie cutter
  • In a pan add oil let oil hot enough
  • Add corn flour in a plate and roll tikki in it
  • Shallow fry tikkies until golden in colour
  • Take tikkies on paper napkin
  • Chole chana tikki is ready
  • Serve with chutney or ketchup
