  • onion medium size 2

  • finely chopped green chilli 1 tablespoon

  • besan or gram flour 6 tablespoon

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • baking soda 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

  • roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Nigella seeds 1 teaspoon

  • cooking oil 8 tablespoon

Directions

    wash peel and very finely chopped the onion in half moon shape

  • 02

    place this in a big bowl and add salt

  • 03

    Mash with your hands so that juicy start to came out from the onion

    then add chopped green chilli and Nigella seeds rub in your hands

    add all other ingredients expect with oil

    mix well and start adding water one teaspoon at a time

    the better would be thick and should coat the chopped onions well

    heat oil a non-stick Tawa and place a tablespoon full of the mixture

    keep the flame to medium heat

  • 10

    after a minutes Turn The fritters and press gently with your spatula to flatten them

    fry till crips on both sides then take out the fritters

  • 12

    Serve hot with tea or coffee
