Ingredients

  • Bread 6 slices


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Chopped coriander 1 sprig


  • Pizza sauce 2 tbsp


  • Hing 1 pinch


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Oil 5 big ladles


  • Boiled potato 2

Directions

  • Grind the bread slices in a grinder
  • Add the pizza sauce onion green chillies and coriander together in the grounded bread
  • Add salt and potatoes and mash well. add the hing and mash well
  • Shape the dough into desired shapes
  • Heat oil in a large kadai. Deep fry the cutlets till crisp on both sides
  • Remove on a kitchen cloth and drain the excess oil.
  • Serve with any sauce
