Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Bread 6 slices

  • Chopped onion 1

  • Chopped coriander 1 sprig

  • Pizza sauce 2 tbsp

  • Hing 1 pinch

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 5 big ladles

  • Boiled potato 2

Directions

    Grind the bread slices in a grinder

  • 02

    Add the pizza sauce onion green chillies and coriander together in the grounded bread

  • 03

    Add salt and potatoes and mash well. add the hing and mash well

  • 04

    Shape the dough into desired shapes

  • 05

    Heat oil in a large kadai. Deep fry the cutlets till crisp on both sides

  • 06

    Remove on a kitchen cloth and drain the excess oil.

  • 07

    Serve with any sauce
