Mix 1 cup besan,green chilly chopped,salt,red chilli powder in chopped palak and make a tight dough
Mix salt and garam masala in remaining besan and make a thick batter
From palak dough make a log shape and deep fry it
Let it cool slightly and dip it in besan batter and fry it
Cut in slices and fry it at high flame
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve it with mint curd chutney or sauce along with tea
