Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1/2 kg palak


  • 3 cup besan


  • 5-6 green chilly finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

Directions

  • Mix 1 cup besan,green chilly chopped,salt,red chilli powder in chopped palak and make a tight dough
  • Mix salt and garam masala in remaining besan and make a thick batter
  • From palak dough make a log shape and deep fry it
  • Let it cool slightly and dip it in besan batter and fry it
  • Cut in slices and fry it at high flame
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and serve it with mint curd chutney or sauce along with tea
