Ingredients
Serves 4
Paneer-250 gm(cut into 1 inch square)
Green capsicum-2(cut into 1 inch square)
Onion-2(cut into 1inch square)
Cucumber-1 for make some thin stripes
Hung curd-1/2cup
Red chilly powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
Dried kasoori methi-1 tsp
Origano-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Chaat masala powder-1 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Directions
Take hung curd in a bowl and beat it until smooth. Add ginger garlic paste and all spices in it. Mix well and prepare a marinade.
Add paneer, capsicum and onion and mix gently to coat all ingredients with marinade. Keep aside for 1 hour.
Heat nonstick pan. Add oil in it.when pan is hot shallow fry all marinated ingredients over medium flame. Cook all sides in light brown. This will takes 5 minutes.
Arrange first paneer cubes than cucumber stripes than capsicum and last onion on small wooden tooth pick.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and few drops of lemon juice over it and serve hot.
