Heat oil in a pan add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, let's them sizzle, then add chopped onions, garlic garlic paste, cook it till onion become transparent
Then add chopped tomatoes, salt green chillies, jaggery, tamarind, cook it for 2 to 3 min
Cooked the tomatoes till it become massy, now add this mixture into grinder jar and grind it roughly
Have this chatni with roti or dosa
