Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 pizza base


  • 1 capsicum diced


  • 1 onion chopped in cubes


  • 1 cup broccoli chopped


  • 3 TSP oil


  • 2 TSP butter


  • 1 TSP salt


  • 3 TSP pizza sauce


  • 1 TSP mixed herbs


  • 1 cube Amul cheese


  • 1 TSP pepper powder

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute all veggies on low flame.
  • Add salt and pepper powder and when veggies are cooked remove it on a plate
  • Grease pizza base with butter on both sides
  • Heat non stick tawa and place the base.
  • Apply pizza sauce and add toppings.
  • Grate cheese and again add one layer of veggies.
  • Cover it with a pan and serve it when cheese melts
