American Corn (canned ) 1.5 cup boiled
Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cups grated
potato 1 mashed
green chilli deseeded and chopped 2-3
Fresh coriander chopped finely 3 tablespoon
corn flour 2 tbsp
maze flour 2 tbsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
chilly flakes 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp or to taste
oil for deep frying 2 cups
In a mixer grinder mash the corn or mash it with hands so that it won't get popped up while frying.
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, mashed potato, green chillies, coriander leaves and chili powder.
Season with salt and pepper. Add maze flour, All purpose flour and make a dough.
Make round balls or oval shape of equal size.
Heat oil in a wok on high flame and then set the flame to medium -high or medium-low.
Deep fry these poppers on this flame so they get evenly cooked from inner and outer side.
