Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • American Corn (canned ) 1.5 cup boiled


  • Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cups grated


  • potato 1 mashed


  • green chilli deseeded and chopped 2-3


  • Fresh coriander chopped finely 3 tablespoon


  • corn flour 2 tbsp


  • maze flour 2 tbsp


  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp


  • chilly flakes 1 tbsp


  • salt 1 tsp or to taste


  • oil for deep frying 2 cups

Directions

  • In a mixer grinder mash the corn or mash it with hands so that it won't get popped up while frying.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, mashed potato, green chillies, coriander leaves and chili powder.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add maze flour, All purpose flour and make a dough.
  • Make round balls or oval shape of equal size.
  • Heat oil in a wok on high flame and then set the flame to medium -high or medium-low.
  • Deep fry these poppers on this flame so they get evenly cooked from inner and outer side.
  • Cheesy Corn poppers are ready to serve on your kitty party appetizer, evening appetizer .
