3 cups, @ 250 gms Maida (All Purpose Flour) 5 tbsp Custard powder 1 Egg 1 tsp Baking powder pinch of Salt 1 tsp Elaichi (Cardamon powder) 3/4 cup Margarine or Butter 1 cup Caster sugar
Mix all dry ingredients then add egg and butter and mix well. Bind into soft dough using warm milk. Roll into roti then cut in diamonds, when all done deep fry on medium or low flame to golden brown color. Can sprinkle caster sugar on it or just leave as it is. Store in airtight when it cold.
