  • 200g Boneless chicken 4-5 tsp conn flour/arrarot 2 tsp Maida 1 Egg 2green chilli chopped 2tsp soya sause 2tsp red chilli sause 2tabs tomato sause 2tsp vinegar 1tsp red chilli powder 1tsp ginger, garlic paste 1/2tsp black pepper powder 2tsp chopped garlic 1 onion petals 1calcium cubed 1tsp Salt to as per taste 1tsp sesame seeds 250g oil for frying 2tsp coriander leaves/spring onion for garnishing


  • For chicken Marination -- Firstly wash and cut the boneless chicken into pieces. Now take chicken pieces into a bowl add corn flour, Maida, 1tsp soya sause, 1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, egg into it.
  • and mix well together. Cover and keep aside for 30minutes.
  • For the cornflour slurry -- Take 1/2cup water into a bowl add 1tsp soya sause, 2tabs tomato sauce, 1tsp vinegar, 2tsp red chilli sauce and 1tsp cornflour in it.mix well, make sure no lumps.
  • Now heat oil into a kadhai in medium heat. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in a kadhai. Till golden in colour. Remove and set aside.
  • Take a kadhai or wok & heat 2tabs oil. Add chopped garlic, green chilli. Stir for a few seconds.
  • Add the onion and calcium petals. Saute on medium heat for around 2minutes. Till they are still crisp.
  • Now add cornflour slurry into it and mix well.
  • Add fried chicken pieces and mix well so that the pieces are coated with the sauce.
  • Cook for few minutes . After that take out into a plate or dish.
  • garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some sasame seeds.
