200 gm paneer
2 big tomatoes
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Chop and puree the tomatoes in a mixer.
Heat oil in a wok and add grated ginger and saute for 30 seconds.
Add pureed tomatoes and saute well.
Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
Add crumbled paneer to this mix and saute well.
Cover and cook for 1-2 min on low flame.
Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
Serve with roti or paranthas..
