2 or 3 no of raw banana/1 potato/1 onion finely chopped/2 green chilli finely chopped/1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste/1 teaspoon red chilli powder/1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder/one cup roasted gramflour/ 1 piece bread./ A few coriander leaves/ 1 teaspoon mint leaves.
Pressure cook the banana and potato with their skin / let it cool fr some time./then mash rhe potatoe with banana in a bowl/Add onion and green chilli./add ginger garlic paste/add chilli and garam masala powder/add salt as per your taste/mix coriander and mint leaves./ Add gram flour and bread fr binding./And give it a good mix /divide it in equal portions./Grease your palm with oil./And give them shape ofa kebab./ Shallow fry the kebab in a non stick tawa till golden brown on medium heat 💓./serve hot with salads.
