Ingredients

Serves 4

  • small Maggi packet 4

  • chopped onion 2 tablespoon

  • grated Ginger 1 teaspoon

  • chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon

  • Maggi masala powder 2 tablespoon

  • chopped carrot 3 tablespoon

  • Green peas 2 tablespoon

  • garam masala powder 1 pinch

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • cooking oil 1 and half teaspoon

Directions

    heat oil in a frying pan then add grated ginger and saute for few seconds

  • 02

    then add onions fry for one minute on medium heat

  • 03

    Add green peas and carrot fry for 2 minutes

    then add Tomato fry till it soft

  • 05

    add garam masala powder and salt fry for 1min

  • 06

    after frying add 2 Cup water and little bit of salt and Maggi masala powder mix And boil it

    3 to 4 minutes boiling then add maggi strip cook on medium flame till water evaporates completely

    take a cake tin or bowl add Maggi in then keep it aside for 5 minute to set

  • 09

    after 5 minutes demold it and serve it by garnish of tomato ketchup
