Heat 1 tsp oil a pan.
Add Chopped tomatoes and salt to it. Cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes and switch off the flame. Cool it.
Add this to mixer and blend it.
Heat 3 tsp oil in a pan, add all the mentioned seeds and chopped garlic to it.
Add tomato paste and all the spices to it and mix well.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes or until it leaves oil. Once done switch off the flame.
Tomato pickle is ready to serve with Indian breads or with your choice of dish.
