Directions
1. To prepare, cut the raw jackfruit into cubes and dip it into salt and turmeric water for 10 minutes 2.place the raw jackfruits in a pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon salt 3. Cook it in pressure for 5 whistles 4. Reduce the heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes 5. Turn off the flame 6. Drain off the excess water and allow to cool it and keep aside 7. In a big bowl ,add boiled jackfruit with ginger garlic paste and all spices 8. Add gram flour and bread pieces 9.Add chopped onions, green chillies and mint leaves 10. Divide the jackfruit mixture into equal portions 11. Roll each Portion into lemon sized ball and then slightly press using palms to give a shape of kebab 12. Insert icecream stick into it 13. Repeat it for rest of the mixture 14. Heat a nonstick pan with refined oil 15. Shallow fry kebabs in medium heat until it turns brown 16. Serve hot
