👉 chicken breast (3oograms). 👉 garlic paste (1 teaspoon.) 👉Soya sauce (1/2 teaspoon )👉 chili sauce( 1/2 teaspoon)👉 tomato sauce( 1/2 teaspoon )👉pepper powder( 1/2 teaspoon) 👉egg -1 👉corn flour (1 table spoon )👉1 packet Maggie 👉salt to taste👉oil for deep frying
1.Cut the all chicken breast into 1 inch long strips. 2. In a big bowl marinate the chicken strips for more than 3 to 4 hours with all the marination ingredients written above. 3.Now boil 2 cups water in a kadhai. 4.Add the Maggie noodles and cook it for 2 minutes. 5.Drain them carefully. 6.Cool it with normal water. 7.Again drain all the water & keep it aside. 8.Now arrange two or three strips of chicken in a bamboo skewer. 9.Wrap few strands around the chicken as best as you can. 10.Arrange all the skewers like this. 11.Deep fry all the chicken sticks in medium heat till it turns golden brown. 12.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
