Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • urad dal 1 cup


  • moong dal 4 tablespoon


  • chana dal 2 tablespoon


  • salt 1 teaspoon


  • turmeric powder 1 and half teaspoon


  • Slit green chilli 2


  • Ginger 1 inch


  • chopped onion 3 tablespoon


  • chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoon


  • roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon


  • garam masala powder 1 pinch


  • cooking oil 1 cup

Directions

  • take a bowl add all dal and mix
  • wash the dal of water and soke them for 6 hours
  • after 6 hours again wash the dal of water two times
  • then take a large mixer jar put the dal mixture
  • Then add Ginger,Salt, green chilli, turmeric powder and little bit of salt
  • mix nicely and cover the mixer jar and blend it into a smooth paste
  • Dal paste is ready now transfer the bowl and add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, little bit of turmeric powder, salt, rosted cumin powder, baking soda and garam masala powder
  • mix the all together ingredients
  • heat oil in a kadai on medium flame
  • then one scoop of Dal on your hands and slowly drop it
  • fry for 2 to 3 minit's on medium flame
  • Dal Pakoda both sides are golden brown then turn the occasionally
  • then take out the pakoras on a plate and excess oil is removed
