take a bowl add all dal and mix
wash the dal of water and soke them for 6 hours
after 6 hours again wash the dal of water two times
then take a large mixer jar put the dal mixture
Then add Ginger,Salt, green chilli, turmeric powder and little bit of salt
mix nicely and cover the mixer jar and blend it into a smooth paste
Dal paste is ready now transfer the bowl and add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, little bit of turmeric powder, salt, rosted cumin powder, baking soda and garam masala powder
mix the all together ingredients
heat oil in a kadai on medium flame
then one scoop of Dal on your hands and slowly drop it
fry for 2 to 3 minit's on medium flame
Dal Pakoda both sides are golden brown then turn the occasionally
then take out the pakoras on a plate and excess oil is removed
