Tomato Chutney material : 1 kg of tomatoes cut 400 gms of jaggery Black salt to taste White salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon souaf 1 spoon mustard seed 1 teaspoon black Cumins seed 1 teaspoon oil 1/4 teaspoon vinegar Pinch of turmeric powder
Method :- take oil in the pan and heat it, fry a little bit of sofas, mustard seeds and black cumins. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry them on 2-3 minutes for a quicker flame. Now stir with jaggery, salt and turmeric spoon together When tomato water is dry, mix it together with vinegar, fry it slightly and close the flame and store it after the chutney is cooled.
