Soak Soya nuggets in water for 1/2 an hour and chana dal for 1 hours seperately.
Pressure cook soya with chana dal for 5 minutes
Grind chana dal and soya nuggets with green chillies with very little water. Place the mixture in a dish and add boiled and mashed potatoes and all masalas, salt into it.
Also add 2 tsp breadcrums and mix well. If mixture is not binding well, add more breadcrums.
Cutlet mixtureGrind corn flakes seperately and spread it in a plate along with breadcrums.
Make balls of cutlet mixture and flatten them on the palm and cover it with cornflakes and breadcrums powder from all sides.

Turn it over and shallow fry it becomes crisp and brown from both the sides
