  • A. 200 gms boneless chicken cut into cubes of 1 inch B. 1 and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour C. Mustard oil D. Bay leaf E. 10 pieces clove F. For marination 👉🏻 Crushed garlic (1 teaspoon) 👉🏻Chopped Onion (2 tablespoon ) 👉🏻Chopped green chilli (1/2 teaspoon) 👉🏻Red chilli powder (1/2 teaspoon) 👉🏻Coriander powder (1/2 teaspoon) 👉🏻Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon) 👉🏻Salt to taste 👉🏻Chopped coriander leaves


  • PROCEDURE 👉🏻TO MAKE DOUGH 1. Marinate the chicken cubes maximum for 2 hours 2. In the meantime, Boil 1and 1/2cup of water adding 1 pinch salt in a pan with heavy bottom 3. Add 1 cup of all purpose flour in it and stir to make a smooth dough 4. Switch off the gas and cover the lid on it and keep it aside 👉🏻TO MAKE CHICKEN 1. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard oil in a pan 2. Add the bay leaf 3. Add the marinated chicken 4.Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till it dries 👉🏻THE ULTIMATE FLOUR CAKE 1.Take off the lid and Knead it to make it smooth and supple 2.Take Chapati rice balls from the dough 3.Roll it like Chapati making it thinner on sides 4.Take a tablespoon of the cooked chicken and keep it in the middle of the rolled chapati 5.Cut the unstuffed section into thin and uniform stripes 6. Fold all the stripes to cover the stuffing to look as shown in picture 7.Bind the tip of the folded section with a clove 8.Make flour cakes from all the remaining dough in the same process 9. Keep it aside 10.Steam it using a steamer for about 15 minutes 11. Your Chicken bhapa pitha is ready 12. Serve it hot
