Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 cup poha

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2-3 tsp gram flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch turmeric

  • 1 tsp chopped green chilly

  • 1 boiled potato

  • 2 cup oil

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except poha.

  • 02

    Wash poha and mix it in the mixture.

  • 03

    Add water to make a pakoda batter.

  • 04

    Heat oil in a kadai and put small spoon size batter and make pakoda

  • 05

    Deep fry the pakoda until golden brown and remove on a tissue paper.

  • 06

    Serve hot with ketchup.
