Ingredients

Serves 4

  • bread slice 4

  • besan 4 tablespoon

  • rice flour 2 tablespoon

  • soya sauce 1 tablespoon

  • tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • chopped onion 1 medium size

  • chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon

  • grated Ginger 1teaspoon

  • grated cabbage 2 tablespoon

  • grated carrots 1 tablespoon

  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon for garnishing

  • cooking oil 1 cup

  • water 1 cup

Directions

    Dip this bread in water and squeeze out the excess water from the bread

    mix all the ingredients together along with bread in a bowl

  • 03

    stir well and kneed into a dough

  • 04

    heat the oil in a Kadai on medium heat

  • 05

    then scoop out this mix with hand and slowly drop into a kadai

  • 06

    Fry the pakora's in light golden brown on medium heat

  • 07

    turn the occasionally fry the pakora's in till both sides are golden brown

  • 08

    then take out the pakora's in a plate

  • 09

    pakora's served with tomato sauce and sprinkle some Coriendar leaves

  • 10

    now ready to serve our delicious and crispy pakora.
