Boil 4 cups of water and soak the soya chunks for 10 mins.
Now take some fresh water and squeeze out the water from soya chunks and dip in the fresh water.
Repeat this process 4-5 times.
Now boil some potatoes and keep it aside.
Take a blender and blend the soya chunks. Adding few drops of water or as required.
Now take a pan heat some oil and add chopped onions.
Fry for a min and now add ginger garlic paste.
Saute for few seconds.
Add little amount of water to it and cook till the raw smell goes.
Add all the masalas and mix it nicely.
Smash the potatoes well and add to the pan.
Add blended soya chunks .
Cook till the water fully evaporates. And it starts getting sticked to pan.
Turn off the flame. Cool down. Make tikkis.
Now dip in the corn flour batter and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
Keep it in fridge for few minutes.
Shallow fry each cutlets well.
