Ingredients

Serves 6

  • raw peanuts 200 gram

  • Gram flour 6 tablespoon

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • curry leaves 5 to 6

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • red chilli powder 1 pinch

  • baking soda 1 pinch

  • cooking oil 1 cup

Directions

    raw peanuts wash water and dry

  • 02

    take a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients

  • 03

    mix nicely

  • 04

    then add raw peanuts and ginger garlic paste

    mix well

    then little bit of water for coating

  • 07

    nicely mixed then cover the lid and rest for 10 minute

    after 10 minutes peanuts masala coating is ready for cook

    Heat oil in a kadai and drop the peanuts with spices coating of medium flame

    Dip fry for golden brown in both sides

    then take out the peanuts in plate

  • 12

    Serve masala peanuts with some fried curry leaves and fried dry red chilli.

    now ready to serve our spicy masala peanuts
