Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250gram paneer


  • 1 medium size onion


  • 1/2 each capsicum(red, yellow and green)


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 3/4 cup curd


  • 2 tablespoon gram flour{besan}


  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds


  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder


  • 4 skewers


  • 4 tablespoon oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala


  • 1 lemon juice

Directions

  • 1. Slice the paneer into 1-inch squares.
  • 2. Halve the onion and remove each layer one by one.
  • 3. Diced the capsicum into a square shape.
  • 4. Keep the veggies and paneer aside.
  • 5. heat a pan and roast gram flour for 5 minutes
  • 6. Add 2 tablespoon oil and roast again for 2 minutes.
  • 7. Now add turmeric powder and mix well.
  • 8. Keep aside for let them cool.
  • 9. Take a bowl and add curd and red chili powder, carom seeds, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt, chat masala and mix well.
  • 10. Add roasted gram flour mixture and mix well.
  • 11. Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, and capsicum cubes and mix well.
  • 12. Leave it for marinating for 30 minutes
  • 13. Thread a piece of paneer by following onion and capsicum on a skewer
  • 14.  Grease a pan with one tablespoon oil.
  • 15. Place the prepared paneer tikka on the pan and cook on a medium flame till they golden brown from all sides.
