Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • flattened rice 200 gram


  • Raw peanut 50 gram


  • salt 1 teaspoon


  • red chilli powder 1 pinch


  • dry red chilli 2


  • curry leaves 10 to 12


  • cooking oil 2 tablespoon


  • chopped onion 2 tablespoon


  • chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon


  • lime juice 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • heat a dry frying pan and put peanuts
  • dry roast peanuts for light golden color
  • Then take out the peanuts
  • same frying pan add cooking oil
  • Add flattened rice and fry mideum flame for after crispness
  • then add salt to taste and red chilli powder
  • Mix and fry for few minutes
  • Poha is nicely fried then add fried peanut's and mix well
  • After mixing take out the pan
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves and dry red chilli
  • Then transfer the poha mixture and mix well
  • Then cool down the poha and serve
  • crispy poha serve some chopped onion, chopped green chili and little bit of lime juice
