heat a dry frying pan and put peanuts
dry roast peanuts for light golden color
Then take out the peanuts
same frying pan add cooking oil
Add flattened rice and fry mideum flame for after crispness
then add salt to taste and red chilli powder
Mix and fry for few minutes
Poha is nicely fried then add fried peanut's and mix well
After mixing take out the pan
Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves and dry red chilli
Then transfer the poha mixture and mix well
Then cool down the poha and serve
crispy poha serve some chopped onion, chopped green chili and little bit of lime juice
