Ingredients
Serves 2
2 medium size tomatoes
1 medium onion
Curry leaves 1 handful
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 glass cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon or to taste salt
1 Green chilli
1/2 tsp Sambhar powder
1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder as per taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 pinch Hing
Directions
Take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds let it splutter then add hing curry leaves and turmeric powder and green chilli sauté well. Add onion with salt cook well then add tomatoes with salt and sambhar powder and chilli powder and cook well. Let it cool then add the cooked rice and serve hot with papad.
